This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodating a maximum of 6 guests (please let us know the correct number of guests so we can provide the correct amount of linens and towels). The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The loft bedroom has two twin beds. Finally, the living room has a sofa that will sleep one. The living room includes flat screen TV, VCR, DVD player, CD player and a small assortment of books and movies. There is also a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on those cold mountain nights. The cottage has a huge deck with patio furniture for you to sip coffee and take in the amazing mountain views. Spring Rates (March 17 - June 19) :

Weekday Rates: $125 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekend Rates: $150 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekly Special: $700 per week (7 consecutive nights)

Summer Rates (June 20 - October 1):

Weekday Rates: $115 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekend Rates: $140 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekly Special: $690 per week (7 consecutive nights)

Fall Rates (October 1 - December 11):

Weekday Rates: $125 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekend Rates: $150 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekly Special: $750. per week (7 consecutive nights)

Winter Rates (December 11 - March 17):

Weekday Rates: $250 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekend Rates: $300 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekly Special: $1,800 per week (7 consecutive nights)

Holiday rates may vary, there is an additional one time cleaning fee of $90 per stay.
